thank goodness for chiharu.. WHO later made me feel better as she said she doesn't much like that nurse lady.. she is always rude.... as THIS whole time.. the few times I have gone there.. i have thought.. MEAN lady.. and when I say MEAN JAPANESE LADY.. HONESTLY.. thats like saying.. NICE good customer service in the states.. still not to bad!!!!
