tad I hope you always give me an insight.. I love how I DO NOT have to guess with you.. YOU tell me.. sometimes OVER AND OVER..
but I totally keep reliving this event:
towards the end of our day at the aquarium..I had you holding ozzys bottle feeding him while he lay in the stroller while I got OUT a snack and MONEY for a drink that YOU asked for!! when I looked up from grabbing it beneath to see you stretching ozzys eyelid out ( which I DO have to admit. this cupcake is totally MY banana cupcake he takes it for the team all the TIME.. so here he was having to have FORmuLA while your making it hard for him to drink)..... I grabbed your arm as I was SO mad that you would act like his face is a toy.. it IS not playdoh.. plus I do admit.. I TOTALLY expect SOOOOO much out of jonah and YOU.. I expect you to be his protector like AT would be.. you are only 5 and wanted to see how far you could stretch his face I guess!!! but I was so MAD.. TIRED.. so back to I grabbed your arm and said how would you like that if I did that to you.. TAD I trust you like I trust dad.. I can NOT have you doing that.. of course you starting to cry then you went all out on the floor.. with a cry of tired, you kept it up practically licking the floor.. we HAD been out since 9 am and it WAS 230.. but you/ WE ALL were making a scene.. I picked you up and told you to get it together.. your reply was "but your my mom" "but your my mom"
totally broke my HEART.. I am your mom.. that line has played over in my mind OVER and OVER.. I am YOUR mom.. you sweet boy. if I don't protect you who will?? as that's how it came out.. "but YOU aRE my mOM"
I pray tonight for calmness, patience.. as isnt that what your sweet perfect spirit deserves.. you should EXPECT that from your
