I met mika at hot yoga.. she helped me when i was trying to communicate.. VERY nice.. and patient.. she extend an invite to her home.. as she said she was having a friend from the states.. so I thought sure...
I dreaded going a bit as I KNEW.. it was going to be long.. its hard for me to leave my kids for LONG hours.. as really its asking you to stay cooped up in the apt for LONG hours.. something I ALWAYS try to avoid:)
but with her having asked literally weeks in advance.. I KNEW.. she went to SO much work.. as DETAILED thoughtful!!!

we meet mika at the station.. two japanese girls are there waiting.. introductions..
then another friend arrives.. she is a quirky born again missionary.. who HAS all sorts of information... a TOTAL book worm.. LOVED her.. as she is a RESEARCHER.. she has been here for over a year.. and KNOWS tokyo.. the things tourists want and should check out.. I thought I HIT THE GOLD POT.. as with jourdan/jake on their way.. I could TOTALLY use her info.. so I got lost in talking to her.. never mind.. I just went into.. oh my gosh TELL ME EVERYTHING.. of course we touched on religion.. which this is ALWAYS my response.. dude you can TRY and ask me question of this or that..or why this or that.. MY ANSWER to ALWAYS going to be the same.. I just know its right.. love how I feel.. I know the book of mormon to be true.. I KNOW NO DOCTRINE... I am a feeler.. NOT a researcher.. so sorry if you want to bible this or that.. your going to have NO fun with me.. as DUDE.. I know NOTHING:)
so with that out of the way.. she said and DID so many things that were SO cute.. like
when we were in the apt.. she turned to me.. and said.. in these settings... I never know where to sit so I am out of the way.. its better to just stay put.. they will work around you:) oh my cute.. OH MY TRUE...
i have facebooked her.. as my arms were FULL while leaving so I couldn't get her number.. plus you are just standing there in the way.. you want to hurry and get out.. as EVERYONE sees you to the door.. you want to bust out.. as its tiny space..and you are holding up the conversation as.. after about two hours of being at the apt.. which doesn't included the hour we waited for late guest to arrive.. which YES you guessed it.. the american guy was LATE.. lost.. duh..
