chiharu said if her boys were comfortable with walking to kumon on their own then she would let them.. as this april jonah will be expected to walk to kindergarden on his own.. lucky for us its just right across the street..
point being its safe to do this here..
so I am tired from having had her and her kids over for the afternoon.. but NEVER want you to miss kumon. as we have bonded with one of the teachers, she totally gives you one on one..
so I ask you both what you think.. jonah SO excited as he has been wanting to go on his own many times.. but I would say are you crazy? its at least 1/2 mile.. crossing busy streets, in the dark..
tad saying no I want mommy.. jonah talk tad into it.. calling it "lets do it jonahs way"
so trusting chiharu.. and wanting to bathe and put a tired ozzy down.

I quickly bathe trues and ozzy.
put ozzy's tired head to rest
then start to FREAK what the HELL was I thinking some foreigner could come and steal my cute boys.. as really I trust the japanese.. its the others I see that scare me..
so I dry bundled trues up super warm
get on my bike and haul it!!
to see the best sight.. my boys made it and are sitting learning.. THEN I see jonah totally not focusing.. I just stand outside watching for at least 4 minutes, then you look up to see me and get a big grin..
I thought it was so funny, as YES mom is always watching.. at least I want you to think that:)
I waited till you boys were just about finished.. then came in to say alright pretend I am not here.. do what you would do.
then I wait to follow you where you cant see me..

so I finally go the door and you both come bolting out saying sensi wasn't looking.. we escaped... ( she has always seen me and all my kids come.. she kept telling you boys to wait till you mom comes.. not dreaming I would send them by themselves)
so I am in a hurry to get back home so I say lets go.. I go on ahead of you crossing the busy street to see it turn RED right after I cross.. I watch.. you boys DONT cross.. then come after it turns green to say "mom we needed to wait it wasn't safe..
SO HAPPY you really listened..
