tell them they are awesome, most of the time they will rise to it!!!!!!
MONAVIE.. seriously pep rallys.. AT comes home a lot of the times.. like "rah rah rah" the sky is the limit..
plus all these books he is reading..
he was telling me of a study they did..
kids carrying a full glass of water across the room with people saying "you can do it, you can do it" almost all of them did not spill it..
then another set doing the same thing but this time people saying "don't spill it, don't spill "
most all of them spilled it..

we are trying to CHANGE the way we talk to our kids!!!!
